Card replacement cost R150

On Friday I visited Nedbank Northgate as Nedbank ***** division canceled my card and ask me to for a replacement card. I was help but the consultant told me to go Home Affairs for replacement ID card as he experienced difficulty with my tumb print with their electronic finger prints machine. I was never informed any cost of a replacement card. As a Sassa pensioner, I noticed the Nedbank debited my account with a amount of R150.00. Does Nedbank realize how much a Sassa pension is and still rob me. This has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I was never informed the cost before proceeding because my decision would be no replacement card.
