Card ordered

I’ve ordered a Card from Nedbank from their call centre Agent I told them to deliver my card at Traderoute mall Nedbank but I I haven’t received anything. I’ve done that 2 times but I haven’t received even a single Massage from them. I’m getting paid on Friday but I don’t even know how am I gonna withdraw my money with. They said it’s gonna take 3-5 working but it’s almost a month now since I’m waiting. Honestly I’m even considering to close that account and move on to another bank.
