Card not working , people don't know their job

I got my cheque card in the branch I asked them are they sure it's connected because I couldn't see it they said it's fine. I had to be stuck at the garage becuase it wasn't working. Now I'm at the branch and they still can't help and they don't seem to know how to fix it. Nedbank needs to train people, Northam is a small town but people need good service reagless. I am so annoyed, I don't know how I'll Pau for petrol..
