Card expired 2013 but bank still wants money from me

Nedbank keeps on reminding me that "Your Nedbank account remains overdrawn" or "We notice your Nedbank account has not yet been rectified". The other day I phoned the bank and not much came out of it, as I was transferred from A to B to C etc. and the last person eventually told me to contact card collections. 1) I am not prepared to do so using my airtime when the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. 2) The card ending 4737 expired 2013 and since then I never replaced it , the bank never ever contacted me. 3) The bank must stop sending me SMS "Your financial wellbeing is important to us"
