Card Division / Can't assist

I am struggling to obtain my IT3(b) certificates from Nedbank. My cards were closed in October 2019 meaning I must get the certificates from 01 March 2019 till the time the cards were closed and the Contact Center cannot assist. Really any one from Nedbank who can assist?
