Card delivery delayed due to system failures

So I am new at Nedbank and I app**** for the credit card on the 03rd of October and sent my supporting documents on the 06th Oct. So now I wait for the outcome of the application, which on its own dragged more than the turn around time I was advised about. So I eventually call again, (Bare in mind that I have been calling almost daily and being told the same story that my application is with credit departments bhlabhlabhla)

On the 13th I called and I was advised that my card was approved and my card would be ordered and be sent to the nearest branch, they asked me where would I prefer my card to be sent, I advise them Kenilworth. I call again on the 14th and I am told that the card will be sent to Claremont, I am now shocked because that wasn't my request, but I said it's okay, at least Kenilworth and Claremont are not far apart from each other.

17th I call again to check where would be my card, I am told on the 17th "noooo sir, your account is only approved today and therefore we shall place an order of the card today, the consultant you spoke to last week advised you wrong information" I am now confused which is which, nonetheless I let the consultant order another card.

Between the 18-20th I have been calling to find out if there's any progress, and all of them are saying the card is being ordered and I will get it in the next 24-48 hours. In the afternoon on the 20th, i eventually get through to another consultant who told me the card was in fact not ordered, and she needs to place a new order. I am not shocked because no one advised me about this all this time.

Let me not forget to mention that in between my interaction with Nedbank Contact Centre people I have been experiencing different kinds of customer service, from good, bad and worse. Not mentioning the waiting period on the phone, with an average of 35min per call.

And also in between my interactions I picked up that you guys have changed systems and the consultants are not trained properly that I why there has been glitches with the orders of the cards.

Today the 24th, I am calling to make a follow up on the 20th call, I am told the card was never ordered and it will be ordered today, they had system failure.

So it is clear that Nedbank has system issues and none of the clients were advised about this.

I need my card to be sent to the branch no later that Wednesday. And if you guys have system issues make it clear to clients so they know their money and wealth is at risk.
