Card Delivery 3 Weeks and Waiting Still No update Niks

Worst customer service as they all lairs and don't care about the end results of a client besides Gomotsang such a diamond I wish she gets a better institution than these guys who don't value the customers I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a card that take 3-6 working days all am told is it's escalated be patient....
