Card Delivery

<p>Nedbank La Lucia</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at this branch is a nightmare. The lady at the front desk is rude and arrogant. I have been there on 3 occassions, once for documents that the call centre told me to collect from branch and second and third for collection of card. The later the card collection was offline and i was told to sit in the self service section and call the card division. The first time i was also told to go to the self service counter after explaining to her that the claims department asked me to collect from the branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never met a more arrogant/rude and unhelpful front desk person.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your branch does not a front desk person, everyone just needs to go to self help</p> <p> </p>
