Card delivered on wrong branch

My cards were expiring and I ordered new ones only to have Nedbank deliver them to a wrong branch in a complete different city. Went back to the branch were I ordered them to only be told that I'm not the only and I should call their call centre. Called their call centre and they don't pick up. Such incompetence and poor customer service
