Card declined by courier company

Hi. I requested my card to be delivered to my home address. The courier brought my card on the 9th of June 2025. He took out a picture of my ID and sent it to his company, the receiver on the other side declined him from giving me my card. I don't understand why that happened when I already received my 1st card. What must I do now as most places don't accept Nedbank American Express, even online purchases that I tried to make was declined.

How is it that the same company but different drivers do things differently.
