Card courier

There is something wrong with your card couriers. 2 Days ago CCD couriers called me to confirm delivery of my card today (Monday 29 July), and took my husband's details should I not be at home and he be the one receiving the delivery. Just before scheduled time I received an sms apologizing about delayed delivery. At that stage I was on my way home from another appointment. 5 Minutes later my husband was called by the driver who asked for me - not MY number was called, my husband's number. My husband was told that I should call the courier and make arrangements for him to be allowed to receive the card. At the same time I received another sms telling me CCD was at my premises. My husband drove to our estate entrance and was told by our security that there was and had not been a courier. Our security calls us when a visitor or courier arrives and the courier is lying - he told CCD he was here and no-one was at home. And the people at CCD believe him. After complaining CCD called again this afternoon to reschedule for tonight - called my husband's number AGAIN and he told them to call me. The lady who called me still believes the guy was at our premises this morning but I have confirmed with our security again this afternoon that no courier had been here asking for us. After my card had been blocked last week because of *****, it is quite scary to think a lying guy is driving around with my new credit card.
