Card collection with fica
<p>On the 22 July 2016 I went for my card collection. I could not receive my card because I had to do Fica first. I presented my ID document and they did not accept it becaus it is in a bad state. They asked if I can bring in my passport and driving license with proof of address. On 29 July 2016 I went with the apliccable documentation they asked for to collect my card and then they reffused to give my card and said now I needed an application form for my ID as well. It's 2 weeks trying to collect my card and Nedbank's manager tries to be funny at first by telling me what I needed to bring in and then still reffused and telling to bring in more proof. How much proof do you realy want!!! This Irene needs a change of attitude by managing a bank. She needs to be a teller to start of!!! She is just ******ing arround my life to make it difficult to me. Nedbank Glen Acres Branch Manager Sucks big time!!! The guy at the entrance did not want to give me her surname because he knew I'm going to lay a complaint.</p>

Not sorted out. Surely if the Police and other banks can use my ID document, NedBank can do it as well. Aparently they have other people that view your Fica, but in this case it was done at the Branch. Never use Nedbank, unprofesional and this is surely not a people's bank. So many people complain about Nedban**** Rather use another bank to do bussiness and not Nedbank, for sure!!!
