Card Cloning - Account not secure

Three weeks my card was cloned for a second time in a two month period by the same people, why I know this is my husbands card was cloned three days before that by the same people as well - he also has not been refunded and his case is also still pending. I gave all the information including whom I knew it to be cloning the cards as we both used our cards at the same provider that week. I have dutifully sent in the affidavit on April 13, two days after my card was cloned to Thabang Motsoane who is investigating the case. Instead of sending me a reply on that day to say he did not have anything attached to the email he remained silent until I followed up four days ago on April 20. He then rep**** that there was no attachment - WHY did he wait 10 days to relay this to me and not after the first email was sent. Was I meant to guess that he had not received an attachment initially? Now it is end of the month and my debit orders will start going off and nothing has been done on the case since he says he had not received my documentation. Unacceptable. Who will be liable for the bounce fee when my debit orders bounce next week. I keep getting a system generated sms to say deposit into my account immediately thereby lowering my credit rating yet there is a -7k still there because somebody is not doing his job properly? And the money that was mine of that amount is still not refunded to my account which would fix the negative. I was told to change to a chipped card three months ago because it was the safest - MUCH more safer than a non-chipped card. On my non-chipped card I had it cloned about 7 years ago and nothing since. In the first three months of having the new chipped card I have been cloned twice. Unacceptable. More unacceptable is the level of service you have to endure after your card has been cloned. I need my account sorted out asap, I need my money refunded to me and the amount that was cloned reversed. It is not my fault that Nedbank allows a transaction exceeding the amount in your account through. If I had to go and buy a couch for 10k but I only have 8k in my account, there is no way that payment will go through so WHY is this transaction allowed through so easily? Nedbank seriously needs to up their game as there is a serious flaw in your system. The only good thing about Nedbank is my awesome bank manager Attie Botha; aside from that it seriously leaves me looking at other banks where my money will be more secure.
