Card blocked without notice and valid reason-3 times!!! Still not sorted out!!!

My personal account was blocked three times without notification although I already went into the branch to correct fica details which was uploaded by a Nedbank employee holding my ID in her hand and taking a photo of it with her cellphone. I am still struggling to activate my account and I do not trust that it will not happen again as I have spoken to the call centre and dept manager twice after my first visit to the branch two months ago and still my account gets blocked. Anyone can make a mistake, but Nedbank really deals with it in a very unprofessional manner with no regard or respect shown towards their client. I am very disappointed and it has cost me a lot of time and money to try and sort it out. Still not sorted out!!! It is very inconvenient!!!
