What a bad experience I had with nedbank.I have registered a claim on the 2nd of March for a vehicle accident and the assessment was done on my car and the quote came around R40k.The never called or send me any update regarding my claim and every time when I call to follow up I'm always told that because my claim is high they're still busy with it and I have asked for a person who is busy with my claim n Chazlin said they are all working with my claim no specific person appointed to deal with my claim until I call very furious of getting the same respond after a month n I asked to speak to a manager which promised to finalize the claim in a day n indeed she called back in few hours to update me that the claim was finalized.That made me so angry because clearly my claim was put aside no one was busy with it and had I not requested to speak to the manager even today they wouldn't have finale it and that Inconvinced me so much coz tomorrow I have to return my courtesy car yet my car is not fixed as yet.so I'm taking legal actions against them because they violented terms n conditions on the contract.
