Car insurance

I called Nedbank insurance on Saturday and I was told to call back on Monday as claims department only opens on Monday.

I called yesterday morning and I was told that a tow truck will come and fetch my car in 12 to 24 hours and that Telesure will be handling my claim.

Now it has been 24 hours still no contact has been made with me or the alternative person I gave.

I stayed at home yesterday and today to ensure that I am there when they come to fetch the car still no show or calls

I have been calling Nedbank insurance since 11am today each time I get through. The minute I state the reason for my call I am told to hold then the call is cut off and no one returns it Mind you I was in an accident on Friday evening where someone drove into me.

If I hadn’t moved the car with this kind of service I am getting from Nedbank who knows if I’d still be having a car or others would have helped themselves by turning it into spares
