Car hire

I hired a car from Hertz and returned car on 7 December 2020. On the 14th of December 2020 I called Hertz ti request the release of my holding deposit. Hertz sent email to Nedbank for money to be released andbthey coppied me on that email on which Nebbank rep**** saying they will release as soon as possible. Up until now no funds are released on my account.
