Car account payment arrangements

I need assistance, I have been unemployed and have been struggling to pay my car account for the past 3 months, however, been trying my best to send out emails to care@mfc email address with no response.

I'm trying to make payment arrangements to get the account up-to-date as I have received a Job Offer but no one has gotten back to me since last month.

to my surprise, there's a lady that has been threatening me to hand over the car at the police station for the past 5 weeks.

I don't know who else can assist me as I'm not disputing to make the payment I just want to make arrangement to get the account update.
