Cant withdraw cash

I had to draw R1500 cash from Nedbank ATM Waterfall Mall Rustenburg yesterday. After I retrieved R1000 which was 5 notes the drawer closed and I was not able to get my R500. The bank said they would log a case after closing time at 4pm. I contacted the helpdesk and they said the outstanding amount would be paid into my account after 3 working days, I need the cash to pay my worker. End of month. This is totally unacceptable. You cant get cash and I stay 60 km away from the ATM
