Can't withdraw!!!

I am FED UP!! I recently switched to Nedbank and only had irritation and issues. First I am constantly being called into the branch with my ID coz all the previous copies they made in the branch is not clear. NOT MY PROBLEM. Then I keep getting text messages saying something about FICA, when I enquired about it I was told to ignore it. Now I get to a atm and I cannot withdraw money!!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! Can someone please call me NOW!!!!
