Can't Update debt order details due to staff being incompetency.

I've been trying to update my new banking details for my loan account but every time I call, they say they will update it but when I call back it's still not done.

I have been trying for more than a week. Please get someone to call me back. I don't want bank charges on my fnb account because you can't care about updating my details and you better hope that my credit score goes down.

I'm so glad I didn't open a bank account with you guys. Your service is horrible.
