Can't trust anyone anymore, not even a bank.

Repeated requests for a simple voice recording as they state in EVERY CALL you make to them "The recording will be available to you on request"

Well guess what, I've requested this now for more than 30 days and about 8 times I've requested 2 specific recordings, and 35 days later I still have 0 recordings presented to myself from this institution.

Please provide me with the recordings that you so blatantly say will be available on request...
