Can't reach anyone on the other side of the phone!

I've tried calling Nedbank's Customer Care number several times (the *** number) and it doesn't go through. I'm based abroad, so then I tried the international dialing option (the +***0) - this one does manage to go through, but then all I hear are screaming babies and commotion in the background before it drops the line, so clearly some technical issues there. I just want my IT3b statement emailed to me for tax filing purposes - please can someone assist me.
