Can't open Attorney's Trust Account

I spoke to Buti (Sophonia Motake) Small Buiness Manager at Sunward Park Branch in order to open a Attorneys Trust Account. Apparently Nedbank does not open these accounts without the Fidelity Fund Certificate. The Legal Practice Council advised that they do not issue the Certificate before the Bank opens the Attorneys Trust Account. So I am stuck and Nedbank just don't care.

Previously they opened a Trust Account, I then supp**** them with the Fidelity Fund Certificate before they activated the account. Apparently they no longer operate like them. So basically it's impossible to open an Attorney's Trust Account with Nedbank.

The call Centre and branch can and will not assist. Will have to close all my accounts. I have enough of this useless bank.
