Can't make payments!!!!

I'm trying to make an international payment for holiday accommodation. At step 6of6 no "approve it" is sent to my phone. No sms with OTP is sent to my phone either. I call for help and when the call center agents send me an "approve it" my call get cut off. Nobody has the decency to call back either. You may as well just hang up on me.
