Can't make a payment arrangement with R0

Communication is the worst when you lose your income and try to convey to them that you have R0 to make arrangements with. Every. Single. Month. I have the same conversation every time, and I keep getting the same threats and calls. Not sure how to get EVERYONE on the same page, but I look forward to next month’s threatening letters and calls. Even though I’ve been keeping comms open and following the process.
