Cant Login to Greenbacks Account

getting into the greenbacks website has always been an issue, even now with the new site I cannot logon, after numerous calls to call center being passed between greenbacks call center and nedbank ID I still cannot login to use my greenbacks, I also sent and email wth no feedback on my issue and was just now left to hold for another 30 min while a call center agent went to get a manager, truly appalling service from nedbank, they need to learn a lot from FNBs call center and user firefly technology.
