Can’t link Bond and Greenbacks benefits no longer available

I have 2 issues.. We’ve recently taken up a new bond with Nedbank, this bond was registered on the 19 December 2025. For some reason we are unable to link this bond to my Nedbank App. I am therefore unable to view and access my bond account, I would like to make transfers into but cannot do it in such a way that I can view the bond. Despite having signed documents with my banker to make this available a month ago, it’s still is not! My Greenbacks for some reason no longer links my wife as a member when trying to book flights via the Avo Shop. This is frustrating as it showed she is a member a few days ago, now while trying to book air flights, there is no discount available. Because of her non existent member status. I need assistance with both matters urgently.
