Cant issue new credit card
I noticed 3 *****ulant paypal online transactions on my creditcard account on 3 January 2020. The ***** department says they must cancel my card and issue another before they can log a case. I need to use my card daily. Please issue another card and then cancel my old one when eventually I get the new one. Otherwise I shall close account and use another bank. Case no 2020M1608

02 Feb 2020, 16:52Card was cancelled on Friday. I was told a new one would be issued and I could fetch it on Saturday. No card. I now have to cancel my doctor's appointment as I cannot pay.
