cant help you

I did a vehicle finance application with the Mazda dealership on the 21/06/2016 and the application was rejected giving reason “low credit scoring”
I then went and checked and drew my credit reports with TransUnion and all looked fine the credit score was good as I have been maintaining a healthy credit record.
On the 25/06/16 I went into Nedbank being the my bank to help me clarity on this, I was helped by a banker there( Jasmin Cajee) where she advised me that MFC is closed on weekends I need to complete new forms and hand in all my supporting documents and she would have feedback by Monday the 27th,I didn’t receive any feedback I called her she said I must tell the dealership to withdraw the application they made so the bank can process, today she tells me Nedbank can’t help me as it’s my fault I went to the dealership, she cannot liaise with MFC to check or ask for my application to be reassessed, I have been banking with Nedbank for nearly 10 yrs now and I cannot get help I am not willing to take the low credit score story I need proper feedback I have my credit report and I need to know what am I being rated against as its definitely different from TransUnion and Experian, I called MFC and was told to speak to my banker, why am I being sent from pillar to post ???how come my own bank send me away without clarity without answers and tell me they cant help me?? if indeed my scoring is low don t i deserve answers and help from my bank on how to correct this?? must i move my accounts to ther banks who are willing to assist??
