Cant get hold of anyone on the phone

Good day. I’ve been trying to reach your call Centre for several days without success. I’ve called numerous times, but either I’m put on hold for over 20 minutes or the call gets disconnected. No reply to my emails as well. The whole experience is exhausting , can someone please call me
