Can't Get Hold Of ANYBODY!

My parents were ****med at an ATM in Amanzimtoti, they immediately reported it at the bank. They have been trying to sort this out since the 1st of March. They are given telephone numbers to call, speak to people and nobody EVER calls back when they say they will. These are pensioners who don't understand technology and can hardly afford to sit on phone calls constantly trying to phone the bank. I have been trying to help all morning. Every number advertised no longer exists, I called the call centre and was given another number that doesn't exist and 1 that has a message "The subscriber is not available at present". Seriously. How can they get the issue sorted out? Who can they call?
