Cant get delivery

So this is the first time I have to complain in forever... my cc says 11-21 which means it should still work in November.... however confirmed by your staff it has been blocked..... . So I ask to get the new one delivered but can't because you have my old address. Can only change it at the branch.... time is an issue to get to you... Why is Nedbank still living in the stone age... this is not a customer problem.
