Cant get anything done with this bank

I went into campus square last week to activate my internet banking. I explained that I needed to make payments with it. When I left I thought it was all active. Now when I want to try and pay someone I get a notification that says sms factions were not activated and I have to go into the branch again to activate them. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone finishing ALL my airtime and got nowhere. I do not have the time to run around after nedbank making sure they are doing their job right. Now I have payments that I told would be made today and they wont be because of nedbank. I was told by one of the people I spoke to on the phone that it could be done over the phone if I spoke to the right person unfortunately my airtime ran out after 30 mins and I didnt get to speak to the right person.
