Can't get an old interdict uplifted

An interdict was placed on my bond account in November 2011. Negotiations took place and the judgement was removed, but now that I want to sell my property, I find out that the interdict was never lifted. I've been sent from pillar to post. The home loan specialists says I must speak to the debt review section (even though I haven't been on debt review since 2016) and the DR Section refers me to the home loan specialists. Even the lawyers appointed by Nedbank to get the interdict removed, is not getting any joy from Nedbank (and they've already been paid to get the interdict uplifted). They (Nedbank) will get every single cent owed to them, yet they are the ones halting that process! I've been on the phone for hours now, it shouldn't be that difficult to speak to someone who knows what needs to be done.
