Cant get account statements

I was sent sms pm 13 October 2021 informing me that Nedbank will no longer be emailing me any bank statements, and that they are available for download on the statements and documents section on the online banking facility. My creditcard statement for January is not there and I had to contact Jonathan Ndlovo directly last month in order to get the statement. Please email me ALL my statements in future.
