Cant get a paid up letter at Nedbank -no-one workS

i have been trying to get a paid up letter from Nedbank for now almost 2 weeks. I contacted ***last week and was promised , oh wait, id first have to wait 14 days and then get it. i Called today , Zama says there's no request , she would re-send it . Great here's to another 14 days . I then requested for the number to get the letter , i was referred to Nedbank Legal recoveries - There is NO such department , as i have been trying to get through for the past 6 hours on ***, you cant speak to any-one , you can only leave voice message's that you don't even know even any-one heard.<br> <br> Nedbank , Can i please have a paid up letter , for acc *** , or is that going to take anouther 21 working days ? I urgently needed this letter for today , CAN SOME PLEASE INTERVENE ???
