cant get A ONE DOCUMENT 3 MONTH STATEMENT

dear nbedbank i do not understand why i cannot firstly generate a 3 month pdf statement on the app or online secondly i dont understand why all of the sudden your consultants can not not do it remotely and why i am not told i will be charged R30 per statement which is only 30 days worth. this is ****ing horrible and it's ******ion. we are in the middle of a pendemic its unreasonable what you people are doing
