Can't even have access to my own funds

Honestly not impressed with the service, I opened an account 2 weeks ago, updated my new banking details with my HR at work everytime I log on to the app it says pending activation, I then chatted to a consultant via they app they told me I needed to go to the branch to do fica verification which was frustrating as I hardly get time off work, eventually went to the Florida branch to have the fica done, since my account still says pending activation my salary was paid on Friday already it doesn't reflect nor can I use the account I desperately need access to my salary. I regret opening this account honestly I'm not being assisted I get told do many different stories No1 speaks the same language
