Can't even assist with the simplest of tasks.. Useless company.

What a bunch of idiots!!! They can't put you through to the right department. The can't assist with something as simple as a government payment.. Its like no one in the company has ever heard of this feature.. and they just pass you from one department to the other.. bunch of uneducated loonies!
