Cant entrust Nedbank with securing my finances.

R 6 800 disappeared from my account 5 January 2021 via stop order that I did not authorise. I went into the Nedbank Branch. They advised me to go to the third party. R 6 800 is a lot of money to me. The call centre was also no help at all. The ***** department said they would come back to me. I am still waiting. I need my money for my kids school uniforms and stationary and school fees.
