cant access my funds

Nedbank is useless, i call their contact centre to tell them i cannot withdraw, i was advised to go to the branch, only to get there and still receive no help, now i am told wait 5 days for back office to sort out my issue, why should i have to wait to use my own money huge inconvenience. terrible service don't even waste time with their call center
