Cant access any money from imali nedbank

Yesterday at 12/09/2017 at 6.30pm I received funds of 3 200, I received a pin to my cell number. 7pm I go to the ATM and withdraw, only to find that the transaction says cancelled AUTH CODE 05. and that I should wait two business days for the balance to reflect to my account, being my cell number?? however on the slip as well it says the fund are available immediately at any ATM?? I call the call center using all my airtime and they don't even know what's the issue themselves, now I am stressing because I sold an ipad for the cash and I needed this cash to pay my student fees!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE???!!!!?? this is not fair!! #stressedstudent!!!
