cannot see reward balance

I mailed [Email Removed] to respond on below and I received not feedback therefore I use HelloPeter.<br> In the [URL Removed] webpage I do not see where I must type in my membership number to see my rewards balance points.<br> My sms on my cell phone says - kindly have your membership number at hand the next time you log on to [URL Removed]<br> I do not see on the [URL Removed] page a spot or place to enter my rewards membership number?<br> So what now do I cancel my American Gold card?
