Cannot remove restriction for over 6 months.

I have being struggling for the last 5 months to get a block off my credit card. I cannot do payment, swipes or deposit money into the credit card. This first time i phone in April of this year, i would out that the FICA was not do. The lady that assistant me, did the FICA and send a email to remove the restriction of the account. till today the restriction is on my account. I phone 10 after that to get this sorted out. Everybody i spoke to, send email, but the restriction was never removed. I have to decided not to do business with an *********** Bank like NEDBANK,.
