Cannot reach Nedbank Homloans since 16th March

Hi, I have been trying to reach Nedbank Homeloans since 16th March 2020 with no success. After we were knocked with Covid 19, on 15th March the President requested for people to work from home if possible, especially people with low immunity. I have several autoimmune conditions and wasn't able to work since September 2017. I was never given a clean health bill to continue working so in November 2019 I took on "peace jobs" like cleaning houses, gardens, washing and ironing. This was to so that we could sustain ourselves, especially the home loan. My last day of working was 13th March, since then I do not have any income at all. Our Trade and Industry Minister announced new Covid 19 regulations to which Nedbank said they will assist their clients with lower payments or payment holidays, etc and the clients account should be in good standing. I have tried every avenue to get a hold of Nedbank, I used hundreds of rands trying to call them, they either never answer or if they did said they cannot assist and I should send an email. I emailed both *** and ***. I emailed on 24th March 2020. To date I have not received a response, Today is the last day of the month and technically there is no arrangement in place which means tomorrow I will be in arrears and my account will no longer be in good standing due to non payment. I have even tried social media messages to which they tell you they are escalating it but you never hear from them again. I do not have airtime to call again. I do not have a cent as the little money I made, I was forced to purchase a few essentials for the 21 day lockdown. We have no idea where our next loaf of bread is coming from and I cannot go into arrears again with our Home loan because attorneys fees are ridiculously high. I need someone to call me to assist as a matter of urgency please ,
