Cannot link my profile to my App

I opened a migoals account got my card from Meyerton branch.Then I wanted to link my profile to the banking app but it does not want to link it say incomplete details. Was at Meyerton branch could not do my fingerprints then on Monday I went to three Rivers Nedbank were the guy took my photo plus fingerprints aswell as my I'd for FICA .He said I must wait 2 days then link my profile again but it still say the same .Also the have a old cellphone number ending with 4437 I have changed this at the branch Mr Johannes Adam Steyn *** ***
