cannot get a paid up letter - being sent from pillar to post

I've being trying for a month now to get a paid up letter but cannot get it right...I've emailed: *** but all I get is an automated response saying my query will be dealt within 5-7 days but it's been a month! Please all I want is a paid-up letter from you guys I've settled the account I just need to that paid up document please!
