cannot even get your own money back

I went into Menlyn today to have an eft reversed as the company i paid to is actually *****ing my money and not rendering services they claim to. I was advised that this cannot be done as there has been *****. I have never once reversed an eft so what ***** have i personally done???? all i want is my hard earned money back but Nedbank cannot protect their clients from such companies/persons. Disgusting!!!! i will be moving banks if this is not sorted out
