Cannot email statements

On 13 October I received sms from Celeste Stanley saying that I will no longer receive emails of statements as they are on digital channels. I logged into my online profile statements and documents and my creditcard statement is not there. Please email me the statement urgently. Ridiculous that they cannot be emailed.
